I've been attracted to photography for many years but only recently had the opportunity to fully embrace the art. I'm drawn to the idea of creating a picture from a raw image by manipulating the light and tones, creating movement in clouds and calming the turbulence of water. 

I often envisage the final image in my mind days before I take the shot and I’m happy to wait for the right weather conditions before heading out. 

My favourite subject matter includes iconic Melbourne landmarks as well as lesser known locations in Victoria – most often with a black&white and long exposure twist.
